Spend summer days paddling on the Crystal River, boating on Glen Lake, or exploring the darling downtown in tiny Glen Arbor, with lots of local boutiques, restaurants, and taverns. Autumn is ideal for touring the many wineries of the lovely Leelanau Peninsula, around 15 miles away. Wintertime visitors will love the easy access to Crystal Mountain, 32 miles south. At the condo itself, a private waterfront deck is the perfect perch for morning coffee or evening cocktails, and the wall of picture windows onto the living space brings the view inside. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
