Updated throughout, this warm and inviting home boasts a colorful, well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area with a table and chairs ready for mealtimes or rainy day board games, and a living area with matching sofas and a cable TV for movie nights. Outside, the fun really begins with a furnished deck, a covered patio with two picnic tables, a gas grill for family cookouts, a firepit, and a private pool. You’ll also find a large, fenced yard where the kids or the family dogs can run and play. Additional amenities include central air-conditioning and a washer/dryer to help you stay on top of your laundry. THINGS TO KNOW **Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. 2 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
