Ready to get out on those trails? We got you; step outside. Right out the door is trail access, linking to various paths. Located in the historic area of Bentonville, this home is situated on a quiet street with shade trees all around, and access to the square is a straight shot away. Within two miles, you will find Bentonville Town Square, the Coler Mountain Park South Parking lot, Crystal Bridges, and Momentary/8th Street Market.
The fenced backyard offers a dining area, tropical lounge chairs, a new wooden deck, and a tire swing! So invite the whole gang outside and enjoy the fresh air in this private space.
This newly remodeled house didn’t take any shortcuts. You and your beloved group will enjoy all of the house’s extra touches, thoughtful and unique flare, comfortable space inside and outside, and the central location of the Sinatra. We think you will love the old photos and history books.
The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessities to make any meal you prefer. Sleek bar stools are in the kitchen area, and more dining seating off the main living room.
A rainy day here wouldn’t be so bad either! With so many open windows, you can chill and lounge all day inside and not be mad about it. Enjoy the indoor amenities such as the record player and various board games. Challenge your family members to a game of foosball or Ping-Pong in the game room. The smart TV in the living area is ready for streaming. Walk directly into the kitchen and living space. A full bathroom with a step-in glass shower is off the kitchen and has direct access to the primary bedroom.
