THINGS TO KNOW Admiral’s Quarter’s indoor pool will be under construction November 2025 - January 2026. Use of the indoor pool will be unavailable during this time. Construction equipment and workers will be present on site during working hours. Construction noise is to be expected during the daytime. Parking and access paths may be limited or rerouted as needed. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
