The upstairs common area is furnished as yet another space for guests to spend time together. Multiple bedrooms feature desk workspaces, perfect for if guests have assignments to complete between trips to the parks. Triple bunk beds are perfect for smaller guests looking to chat and spend time together. Have no fear, large groups! The living room features three couches and the dining area features an extra-long table. The spacious full kitchen features a prep island for putting together delicious meals while allowing everyone space to maneuver. Central air conditioning keeps the entire home cool and comfortable. There’s room for everyone at this lovely retreat - come and settle in! THINGS TO KNOW *The pool and spas do not come heated. We also only offer pool heat during the months of may-sept for $32 / day. Please let us know 3 days in advance for pool heat 4 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Property Manager after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
