Gray Pearl This lovely home is located a few blocks north of the stoplight in Surf City. A third-row home, it is beautifully decorated and offers fantastic views from any of the four decks or from the screened-in porch. Getting to the beach is as simple as walking one block. You can see the beach access from both of the ocean-view decks. Inside the home, you’ll find the entryway has enough room to store all your beach gear. Grab your boogie boards and head out the door to the beach. The first level is home to three bedrooms, a screened porch, and two decks. There is a private hot tub available on the ground level. Upstairs you will find a spacious, open-concept living area that includes the living, dining, and kitchen spaces. The living room is filled with wonderful custom furniture and accessories. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
