Splash Landing is an unique oceanfront retreat in North Topsail Beach, comfortably sleeping up to 14 guests across 5 spacious bedrooms and a media room that has a sleeper sofa also. The home’s large private pool and six-person hot tub overlook the ocean, creating a rare and luxurious outdoor living space. Guests can enjoy two expansive covered decks, a private dune walkway to the beach, and a wide grassy backyard perfect for games and barefoot relaxation.
Extensive renovations with added space are complete as of April 2025. The home now features a modern open concept fully redesigned kitchen with high-end Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, a new elevator, an upstairs living area with a 75” smart TV, and a downstairs living/media room with a 55” smart TV. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
