This house sits on the northern bank of the river, mere blocks from restaurants, shops, and conveniences in downtown Florence. It’s a lovely home base for beach-goers with South Jetty Beach four miles west, golfers, and those looking to explore Heceta Head, the Sea Lion Caves, and the famous Oregon Dunes. Built in 2021, this home is bright, polished, and especially well-suited to two couples or an extended family. The two levels can serve as two independent living spaces if you so wish, with each floor offering a window-lined living room with a smart TV, a dining space, and a gorgeous kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The outdoor areas are wonderfully designed for taking in the view. Enjoy an expansive deck upstairs and a spacious patio downstairs, each with a gas grill and ample room to dine alfresco. In the evenings, tell stories and roast s’mores around the firepit, and leave the day’s swimsuits in the care of the washer/dryer. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
