- If you are bringing a dog, please note that the property does contain some Noogoora (cockle burr) bushes that can be toxic to dogs
- To maintain property cleanliness and hygiene, hunters and fisherman are required to dispose of all carcasses offsite
- The water level in the river can be very high between late April and mid-June. Therefore, during this time, the private dock will not be accessible
- Because there is frequently a burn ban starting mid/late summer, we have a movie projector and outdoor screen that guests can hook up to watch movies outside near the fire pit area. The projector can be connected to phones or computers to stream movies
- Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera located on the front porch facing the driveway. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound at all time
