Lounge by the water’s edge as your young ones play in the small, sandy beach area, or utilize the private boat slip and lift for memorable water adventures. A sun deck above the boathouse comes complete with a grill, a gas fire table, and a dining table for alfresco meals. The ground-floor deck offers a scenic spot for morning coffee while two smart TVs on the upper deck set the scene for happy hour entertainment. For some off-site fun, there are several great public golf courses within a five-mile radius. Boat and jet ski rentals are available within a mile of the home as well. After a day on the lake, pamper yourself at home with a host of luxe interior comforts. A plush sectional, a fireplace, and a smart TV allow for casual downtime and family movie nights in the living room. The immaculate stainless steel kitchen comes well-equipped for handling gourmet family meal prep. Other home essentials include complimentary WiFi, central air conditioning, and a private washer/dryer.
