Head back to your lovely home away from home after you’ve explored the beauty of this town and relish in the quaint living area, complete with a TV and some comfortable furnishings. If you’re feeling hungry, check out the large full kitchen, equipped with appliances so you can cook up something delicious for the whole family. The gas grill invites you to add charred favorites to the menu, that can be enjoyed at the picnic table nearby. Jump in the on-site pool for a quick and refreshing swim, then challenge your friends to a couple of games out on the tennis courts. Ring in the evening on the patio with some thirst-quenching drinks. Settle in the privacy of your bedroom, with each one coming with a TV and free cable. With access to a free community poo , as well as a dog park and plenty of space in your fenced yard. You’ll have 12 foot tall parking with cover for your vehicles/boat. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
