- NOTE: The property requires 3 stairs to enter
- NOTE: The home is at the top of a hill, the driveway is steep but more than accessible with a regular vehicle. 4-wheel drive is not necessary. The driveway is narrow but will accommodate up to 3 vehicles easily. It's much easier to back out and drive to the bottom of the hill to turn around.
- NOTE: Since the property is on a steep hill, it may not be suitable for small pets or small children. A split rail fence runs the entire outside edge of the property
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera on the front door facing the driveway. The camera is outward facing and does not look into any interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when motion is detected by the device
