The spacious chef’s kitchen is designed for gourmet meal inspiration and is equipped to handle anything on the menu. After the day’s adventures, pamper yourself in the luxurious private bathroom in the primary suite featuring an enclosed shower and a deep-basin soaking tub. The even more breathtaking views from the spacious suite are certain to inspire a restful slumber. Powerful mini-split air-conditioners and ceiling fans are equipped throughout the home for year-round comfort. Additional perks include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). The gas grill and wood stoves are not available for guest use. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
