At home, start the day with coffee and some Colorado sunshine on the backyard patio. The huge, oasis-like yard offers plenty of room for kids to romp. Inside, the main living space boasts gleaming hardwood floors, an expansive, full kitchen, and lots of room to gather together. Use the stainless steel appliances and granite counter space to whip up mealtime masterpieces then serve up your creations at the kitchen island or around the corner at the large dining table. After a day of exploration, take your pick of three separate living areas to stream the latest release or just indulge in some quiet conversation. End the night with a cookout on the gas grill and more time outside in the yard. Five serene bedrooms offer a restful night’s sleep, with all but one on the top floor. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
