You are located on 1.84 acres of mountain land in Tobacco Branch Village. This lovely community offers a covered picnic shelter plus a fishing pond where you can cast your line and try your luck!
Don’t forget to check out the area and all the amazing fun to be had. Bryson City is 16 miles away and Cherokee is 24.6 miles away. The NOC is right down the road for whitewater rafting, zip lining, bike and hiking trails, shopping, and dining. The famous Fontana Dam is a must-see and only within 18 miles away, with three boating ramps within minutes for access to the lake itself. You are also close with easy access to jump on the Blue Ridge Parkway with endless trails and waterfalls along the way.
Enjoy the two large decks as you sip your morning coffee or evening cocktails while taking in the majestic mountains and nearby lake around you. The bubbly hot tub offers the ultimate relaxation spot - treat yourself to a soothing bath after a thrilling day exploring the area. Or you might as well gather around the firepit for some storytelling with your group. Inside, the wood-burning fireplace in the living room will make sure to keep you all nice and toasty during your stay. Curl up near the fire and stream your favorite series on the smart TV. The kitchen will have everything you need to create your favorite meals, or sizzle up some deliciousness on the grill and dine alfresco. Decide who is going to do the dishes by playing foosball matches. The basement is 504-square-foot and is a great place to unwind and play games.
