Built in 1830, this three-story home boasts what might be the best location in Provincetown, one of the liveliest and most beloved communities on Cape Cod. You’ll be directly adjacent to the Pilgrim Monument and the town green at Bas Relief Park, and only one block from the beach on Cape Cod Bay. Within a quarter-mile stroll are MacMillan Pier’s marina and ferries and a fantastic assortment of restaurants, bars, boutiques, and art galleries.
Far from your typical Cape Cod escape, this historic home was recently redesigned through a Cape-Cod-modern lens. Bold colors and patterns are showcased throughout, providing interest and whimsy at every turn. After a beautiful day spent on the sand, leave the provided beach chairs and umbrellas outside, toss the day’s swimsuits in the washer/dryer, and make yourself right at home.
The main living space is on the second floor, offering multiple seating vignettes for relaxing in the afternoons and evenings. Enjoy an elegant kitchen with stainless steel appliances and ample space to dine at the breakfast bar, around the dining room table, and outside on the patio. After dinner each evening, gather your friends to play board games or watch movies in one of the two sitting rooms on either side of the kitchen.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned, and one is a primary suite with its own TV and bathroom. During our humid seasons, please make sure the air-conditioner(s) are operated by using the "dry" mode.
