When you want to get out and explore, make your way to Catawba Falls, Veterans Park, and downtown Black Mountain, all less than 10 miles from your door. This property is also only 18 miles from the heart of Asheville. Inside, discover rustic touches and numerous modern amenities to ensure the utmost comfort for you and your guests. Whip up your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and then dine indoors or out. After meals, settle into the main living area and stream your favorite channels, or borrow a book and make your way into the upstairs reading nook located across the suspended walkway. The front porch provides you with a wonderful spot to unwind and listen to the wildlife in a comfortable rocking chair. All Property Manager properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap. 3 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
