Welcome to Casa de Flip Flops! Located in the beautiful Sailhouse community, guests here have access to a 650 foot lighted pier, a private bay front beach area, and an amazing community swimming pool. This two story, three bedroom, two and a half bathroom property is filled with seaside decor, plush furnishings, and is just across from the pool. The first floor has two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed. There is a full bathroom with a combination tub and shower, a laundry closet, and access to the one car garage here. Upstairs you will find open concept living. The well appointed kitchen features state of the art stainless steel appliances and is stocked with everything you need to cook up a meal. The dining table has seating for eight. The comfy oversized living room sofa is a great place to gather for the big game or movie night. You have access to the Juliet balcony from here which overlooks the pool area. Pass by the super cute coffee station and half bath to enter the primary bedroom which features a king bed and attached bathroom with double sinks and a large tiled shower. There are streaming TVs in each bedroom as well as the living room. Max occupancy is six and the property is not pet friendly.
