Kitchen and Dining Area The open concept kitchen and dining area features stainless steel appliances, a large dining room table, a large breakfast bar with 4 barstools, and all the essentials you need to prepare meals. Living Room The living room features a flat screen TV, cozy sleeper sofa and two modern armchairs with knitted ottomans to kick your feet up after a long day on the water. There is also a sliding glass door that opens to the waterfront balcony overlooking the Main Channel. Master Suite The Master Suite features a King-sized bed, flat screen TV, a dresser, and two nightstands. It also has the most ADORABLE loft area with a twin sized bed for the kiddos. Bathroom 1 The bathroom features a double vanity sink with granite countertops, and a tub/ shower combo. Outside Outside on the balcony you will find a glass top patio table where your can enjoy meals while enjoying the beautiful views of the main channel, a gas BBQ grill, and two rocking patio armchairs. Just a few steps across the parking lot there is a large community pool that overlooks the lake, that also has a large flattop grill available for community use!
