Its privileged location in Cortes, one of the most traditional and historic neighbourhoods in the city centre, places it close to points of interest such as the Círculo de Bellas Artes, the Thyssen-Bornemisza National Museum, the ICO Art and Architecture Exhibitions Museum, the famous Cibeles fountain, the iconic Puerta de Alcalá or Retiro Park. Thanks to its excellent location, our guests can enjoy within just a few minutes’ walk some of the most emblematic and photographed places such as Puerta del Sol, the Real Casa de Correo, headquarters of Madrid City Council whose bells mark the beginning of the New Year in Spain, or the famous Bear and Strawberry Tree sculpture. Despite being located in an area full of life, with an extensive variety of services, bars, restaurants, museums and theatres, the good soundproofing of the apartments will allow you to enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay. The apartment: This bright and modern 200 m² apartment is located in a renovated 19th-century building. It has a lift and has capacity for 9 people. The spacious and bright living room, which also integrates the dining area, features a smart TV, a comfortable sofa, two designer chairs and exquisite decorative elements such as lamps, paintings and a rug that give the space distinction and great style. It has an independent kitchen separate from the living room, equipped with everything necessary to guarantee a top-notch experience: high-end appliances included: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. It is distributed across four comfortable bedrooms: two with double beds and two others with two single beds in each. Additionally, the living room has a single sofa bed. In total there are 3 full bathrooms with shower, two of them en suite in two of the rooms, and a toilet. Underfloor heating and air conditioning throughout the accommodation. The cot is subject to availability. Please notify a maximum of 5 days in advance. The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment’s boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community. This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find public parking less than 200 metres away. Things to bear in mind: IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival. We inform you that, due to works being carried out by the Town Council on Madrazo Street, it remains closed to traffic. Likewise, construction work is being carried out on a building in the vicinity of the accommodation, so there could be some noise resulting from such works. The works will remain active until further notice. We greatly appreciate your understanding and regret any inconvenience these circumstances may cause. Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed. Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest’s identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on your phone to access the apartment. For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1000 will be requested, refundable at the end of the stay if there is no damage to the accommodation. Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the rest hours established at all times. Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Property Manager is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to failure to carry out this prior process. Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area known as MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to vehicular traffic. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding approval from the municipal General Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Property Manager is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
