Elegant apartment in the heart of Genoa, a few steps from the Old Port and Piazza Raffaele de Ferrari. The apartment, located on the second floor of an old building without an elevator, opens onto the bright living room furnished with a sofa, an armchair and a TV, which overlooks the beautiful Piazza Campetto. The living area also includes a modern kitchen with a dining table, directly connected to the living room, which is fully equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave and a kettle. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, one featuring a queen-size bed and a desk, the other two with two single beds each, one of which is complete with a desk as well. Two modern bathrooms with shower complete the layout. At guests’ disposal amenities such as free wifi, washing machine, iron, air conditioning in the bedrooms and heating. *The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot. *The building is currently subject to renovation. Due to these renovation works, there could be some noise during the day. We also offer to our guests truly authentic experiences to live like a local.
