Nestled in Gatlinburg’s Property Manager, Summit Sanctuary is a revitalized 3-bedroom cabin crafted for relaxation, entertainment, and cherished mountain memories. Enjoy a movie night in the private home theater with Roku streaming and surround sound, unwind in the hot tub, or savor coffee on the covered deck in classic rocking chairs. Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.
Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.
We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.
