As you enter the Property, the drive way leads you up to the Villa which is bordered by lush landscaping and tons of beautiful greenery. * We have 24 hours security and CCTV cameras all around the property. * There is a car park for one vehicle only. * There is a Generator at the Property which provides full power back up to the Villa. * The Villa has its own private garden/backyard with a nice lawn. * On the ground floor you will find a fully air conditioned pool facing living room with a spacious sitting area and dining area. * The open concept kitchen is equipped with everything you would need in case you decide to cook up a storm. It’s equipped with a huge double door Refrigerator, In built Microwave, Water Filter, a hob with 4 burners and a chimney, Electric Kettle, Toaster, Mixer and a Pressure Cooker. * A variety of pots and pans, cutlery, crockery etc. Wine glasses, whiskey glasses, ice buckets etc are well stocked in this house in case you wish to kick back with a drink or have a few people over. * A Washing Machine, Iron and Ironing board is also available. * The villa has 3 fully air conditioned bedrooms with attached bathrooms and are pool facing. Each bedroom has a TV, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. * The master bedroom and bathroom are the crowning glory of this villa. The bedroom welcomes you into a huge space with a balcony on one end that faces the backyard and the pool. This bedroom also has a HD TV with satellite connection and a chest of drawers. * The walk in wardrobe leads to the master bathroom which is huge by any standards! The washroom has a sinks, a linen cupboard and a shower cubicle with a rain shower. * Complimentary toiletries such as Soap, Shampoo and Toothpaste are provided on arrival. * Free unlimited High Speed Wi-Fi (50 Mbps) is available in the entire Villa. ALL GUEST MUST CARRY A COVID NEGATIVE REPORT FROM A ICMR APPROVED LAB 48 HOURS PRIOR TO CHECK IN. THIS NEEDS TO BE SENT TO US ONCE RECEIVED BY THE GUEST. 3. UPON ARRIVAL, OUR SECURITY WILL CHECK THE TEMPERATURE OF ALL THE GUEST & WILL PROVIDE HAND SANITIZER TO APPLY. 4. ALL GUESTS MUST WEAR THEIR MASK AT ALL TIMES IN THE PROPERTY COMMON AREAS. 5. HAND SANITIZER STAND IS KEPT AT THE ENTRANCE OF YOUR VILLA & WE URGE YOU TO USE IT EACH TIME YOU ENTER THE VILLA. 6. PREVAILING RULES & REGULATIONS REGARDING COVID WHICH IS ENFORCED BY THE GOVERNMENT MUST BE STRICTLY ADHERED TO. THIS INCLUDES ANY CURFEWS SET. 7. IF ANY GUEST SHOWS ANY COVID LIKE SYMPTOMS AND FEEL THEY NEED TO HAVE A MEDICAL ASSESSMENT, THEY MUST IMMEDIATELY INFORM OUR MANAGER. 8. WE WILL PROVIDE HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES TWICE A WEEK ONLY BETWEEN 10:00 AM TO 4:00 PM. DURING HOUSEKEEPING OF THE VILLA, WE REQUEST ALL GUEST TO EITHER EXIT THE VILLA OR REMAIN IN ONE ROOM.
