The area around the urbanization Alamar is quiet and quiet but at the same time with proximity to life, restaurants, swimming and activities.Alamar is a modern complex with security around the clock, tennis court and a handicap-adapted and year-round open swimming pool (though closed one month in winter for maintenance) Just a stone’s throw from the urbanization you have the grocery store LIDL, the Marketplace and a large number of restaurants from all corner of the world. When you step into the apartment you will be greeted by a well-decorated hall that leads into the cozy living room straight ahead, where you have a new Smart TV, dining group for 4, comfortable divan sofa and a stereo. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
