Shell Cove 106 is a cute, newly renovated in 2024 beachfront condo in
Bradenton Beach. Steps to the stunning beaches of Anna Maria Island! The
living area has plenty of seating with a large HDTV. The dining room
comfortably accommodates 5 people. The master has a king size bed and guest
bedroom features one queen and one twin bed and share a bathroom with a
shower/tub combo. The kitchen is updated with new cabinets and countertops. No
dishwasher. Walk out to the beach to watch an amazing Anna Maria Island sunset
every evening. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the bathroom. Wireless
and cable to keep you connected just in case!

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
