Welcome to this fantastic 4 bedroom townhouse with pool located in Torreblanca, Fuengirola, just a 10 minute walk to the lovely beach and restaurants. The area is very quiet but close to restaurants, shops, bars and nightlife, as well as the beach, Nagomi Spa, paddle court (one of them is right in front of the house and included in the rent) and much more. Malaga Airport is 15 minutes away by car, 27 minutes by train (Carvajal). When you step inside the gate you have your own parking and breakfast terrace, to the right inside the inner door is the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove and oven, coffee maker, toaster and much more. Half a staircase down is the living room with a large smart TV, fireplace (not functional), out from the living room there is a lovely balcony with sea views and a staircase down to a larger terrace overlooking the paddle court. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
