Welcome to the serene luxury of Bayside Bliss which is a fully remodeled
three-bedroom/three-bathroom, ground level cottage north of Pine Avenue in the
City of Anna Maria. Enjoy easy Island life surrounded by tropical landscaping.
It sleeps up to 8 guests. The open floor plan streamlines the living area,
kitchen, and dining room. There is plenty of seating in the large living room
with its large flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure and sleeper sofa. The
beautiful, high-end kitchen is suited for all levels of chefs. It is stocked
with everything you will need for light lunch or to prepare your catch of the
day! There is an eat-in kitchen island and a dining room table for the whole
family. A second king ensuite bedroom is on the other side of the house for a
convenient split layout.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.
- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- - Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.
- - All properties are non-smoking.
- - No pets are allowed unless the property is listed as Pets OK.
- - All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
- - Additional Terms of your stay are available at home-rental-agreement.com/terms and by this reference are incorporated herein in their entirety.
