This newly furnished 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse condo sits just 2 blocks
away from the Beach. All three bedrooms and two baths are upstairs and 1/2
bath is downstairs. Amenities include a community swimming pool and tennis
courts that are available for your use. There is 1 designated parking spot.
You have a patio downstairs and a private balcony off of the master bedroom on
the 2nd floor. Condo will sleep up to 6 people with a King in the master
bedroom, a Queen in the second bedroom, and 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom. This
condo also includes WiFi and Cable Television.
Bed and bath linens provided, just bring your beach towels. A starter kit of
supplies (bathroom tissue, paper towels, trash bags, dishwashing liquid,
laundry detergent) is included and there are several stores close by where you
can stock up for your stay.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- - All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
