Experience lakefront living with a private dock and breathtaking views of Pine
Mountain Lake. This spacious 3-level, 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is just ½
mile from Dunn Court Beach and near the community pool, golf course, pro shop,
and tennis courts—perfect for a relaxing getaway.
Home Features:
This spacious 3,000 sq. ft. home offers 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and
accommodates up to 8 guests. It includes WiFi, three TVs, a DVD player, and
central heating and air, plus two wood-burning stoves. The kitchen is fully
equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster oven, and
blender. A washer and dryer are available for guest convenience. Step outside
to enjoy the large deck, which provides seating for 8 to 10 guests, a gas BBQ
(propane not included—tank available to be refilled at local market) , and a
private dock with direct access to the lake.

The home features a private dock for guest use, with swimming permitted up to
30 feet from the dock (per Pine Mountain Lake safety rules). Seasonal boat
rentals are available (please check with Pine Mountain Lake for details).
