A British vintage aesthetic gets a swish modern uplift in this inviting three-bedroom terraced house, boasting a sun-soaked patio garden, and an enviable location near glamorous High Street Kensington, and beautiful Holland Park. It’s perfect for a spot of retail therapy too, with shoppers’ paradise Westfield London nearby, and a splendid slew of boutiques and restaurants clustered around Kensington.
Showcasing a creative blend of period features and contemporary design, you can enjoy the slick, light-filled interiors supplied by a modern kitchen and dining area, alongside the homely comforts of the hearth in the living room, with its classic furnishings and antique paintings. Behind the kitchen is a beckoning dining area, with a generously sized extendable table and eight sleek Perspex chairs. Bathed in sunshine through a large skylight and offering a great view of the charming patio garden beyond, you’ll enjoy all the best bits of alfresco dining, without having to rely on the famously baffling British weather. And if you’re anything like us, you’ll be spending those sunnier moments lounging in said garden, curled up on the comfy outdoor sofa with a chilled glass of rosé . The three bedrooms each have their own floor, affording a welcome element of space and privacy. On the top floor is a delightful principal bedroom, offering scenic views and a generously-sized ensuite, complete with walk-in shower and bath. On the floor below is a classically styled second bedroom, with oodles of natural light pouring through picturesque sash windows. This floor also boasts an impressively modern bathroom, combining clean lines, marble surfaces, and a rather chic walk-in shower. Head downstairs to the basement level and you’ll find a cosy third bedroom, featuring fresh interiors, a fitted wardrobe, and another large ensuite. We’ve said it once and we’ll say it again - this home has an excellent setup for your city sojourn.

Home truths:
The aesthetic of the fireplace really compliments the cosy vintage vibe, but please don’t use it. Part of this home’s charm is that it’s wonderfully well connected, with three train stations within easy strolling distance. Whilst Kensington Olympia is great for the Overground, we’d also recommend Shepherd’s Bush for the Central Line, and Hammersmith for easy access to Heathrow Airport. When your booking has been confirmed, we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide an official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes.
Please note, Property Manager homes are lived-in homes, which we think adds to their charm! Guests should, however, expect to find homeowner belongings and personal items within the property.
