Property Manager is proud to present "Mission Fields"! This home sleeps up to 6 guests.
Just off the beaten path, close to many desirable Carmel destinations, you will find this completely remodeled 1,630 sf home on a small cul-de-sac in the Mission Fields area of Carmel.
Get ready to walk to the Barnyard and Crossroads shopping centers and the Carmel Mission. Just a short drive brings you to Point Lobos State Reserve, downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea and a variety of sandy beaches to choose from. Exploring Big Sur and other surrounding areas will be a breeze from this convenient location.
The entire home has been updated and is equipped with many extras like sound machines in the bedrooms, an attractive outdoor gathering area and an office space for those who need to keep up with work while they’re on vacation with the family.
Living Spaces
The living room has comfortable seating options and a large flat screen TV with Comcast cable service. The decorative fireplace is not for burning but it is outfitted with battery operated candles to give the room a cozy glow. Tucked into one corner is an office nook with a built-in desk, office chair and printer.
Kitchen and Dining
The gourmet kitchen has a large island with counter seating, stainless steel appliances and small appliances galore including a single cup coffee maker as well as a conventional drip coffeemaker. This kitchen will delight chefs of all abilities. But if you decide to eat out, the choices are numerous, so you should plan to stay awhile. The open concept kitchen includes a large dining table with seating for six.
Outside
The back patio is set up for good times. Comfortable seating surrounds the gas fire pit and an outdoor heater, large umbrella and ping pong table will add to your enjoyment year-round. Pick some fresh herbs for your meals from the raised garden beds.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 has a sumptuous king bed, TV with Comcast cable service, a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub as well as a separate steam shower and two sinks. This space has all the makings of a retreat within a retreat.
Bedrooms #2 and #3 each have a queen bed and are located across the hall from the second bathroom with a shower-over-tub.
The washer and dryer are located in the garage. The garage is not available for parking at this time but 2-3 vehicles may park in the driveway. An electric vehicle (EV) charger is located on the outside of the garage - Guests should bring their own cable/cord and adapter.
