lush hibiscus, fragrant ginger, magical monstera, and dozens of other Hawaiian
plants. As you walk up the stairs, note how the majestic monkey pod tree
creates a frame for the condo.
Open the door and immediately view the endless ocean. Slip off your shoes and
feel the cool, floating bamboo floors. Turn on the palm frond ceiling fans and
start light breezes flowing. Sink into tropical theme, rattan furniture that

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
