The ground floor hosts commercial and retail spaces serving both residents and clients from around the area.

Our uniquely designed luxury apartments in Al Fattan Marine Tower 2 feature two full bedrooms, maid’s room and three and a half bathrooms. One allocated parking spot in the underground garage is included in the rent (we will inform you about the specific parking slots in advance).

• Standard Check-In time is 3 PM (15:00 HRS) and Check-Out time is 11 AM (11:00 HRS)
• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are subject to availability and may require additional payment
• Unauthorized late check-out after 11 AM (11:00 HRS) is subject to a penalty equal to a full day rate
• Early Check-in from 8 AM (8:00 HRS) is subject to availability and requires a payment of 50% of the nightly rate
• Late Check-out by 3 PM (15:00 HRS) is subject to availability and requires a payment of 50% of the nightly rate
CLEANING
• Cleaning Fee applies to the post Check-Out cleaning only
• Guest staying 7 nights and longer will get a complimentary cleaning once a week with a 24hrs advanced request
