Located in the heart of Corralejo, this privately owned bungalow is contained within a small secure complex overlooking a large, shared pool. Outside it has both a private rooftop sun terrace with loungers and a good-sized south-facing front terrace with furniture suitable for dining or drinks. The living room has aircon, comfortable furniture, a high speed 300Mb/s private Internet connection and large widescreen Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. - just login with your own account details. The well-equipped kitchen has a hob, microwave, air fryer, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle and washing machine. There is also a large fridge freezer, so you can stock up with food and drink. The bedroom has ’wind free’ aircon for a comfortable night’s sleep, a large king-sized bed (160cm x 200cm) and ample wardrobe space, with a safe inside for valuables. Situated in a quiet location behind the main street in Corralejo (just behind Fuentepark), the shops, bars and restaurants are only a couple of minutes walk away, with one of the best town beaches another two minutes walk on from that. If you fancy a day at the water park, that is also just a ten-minute walk away. The location couldn’t be more central, meaning that a car is unnecessary. Linen and towels are provided for use in and around the property, but please bring your own towels for use on the beach.
