Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House rules

- Things to Do:
- Bedding: Strip beds (just sheets, please!) and place them on the floor beside beds.
- Towels: Run beach towels through the washing machine and place all other towels by the front door
- Dishes: Load dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Please run the cleaning cycle BEFORE leaving.
- Beach Items: Be kind, clean sand off chairs/bikes/accessories and return to their original location.
- Grill (If Provided): If the grill was used, please be sure to clean it off as best you can.
- Keys: If provided, remember to leave garage remotes/house/storage keys inside.
- Trash: Remove food, drinks, etc. Place all kitchen/bath trash in the outside trash cart or dumpster. Excessive garbage left in the property or outside of trash carts will incur additional charges to your account.
- TVs and Remotes: To avoid charges on your streaming account, please log out of all streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc.) on all TVs, and ensure remotes are placed in their correct location.
