Good Neighbor Policy and city regulations require the use of decibel monitoring devices when located in residential areas. These are not listening or recording devices. How are we different at Property Manager? We are a locally owned and operated family run company for over 15 years here in Santa Barbara. We care about your stay and are available 24/7 in the event of emergency or other urgent matter. All our properties are registered with the city and remit the city taxes, a legal requirement to operate. These are not listening devices. * One or two non-shedding, potty trained dogs are also welcome at this home, with additional pet fee.
