Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- -No Glass, No Alcohol & No Smoking of any description in the pool area
- -No anti-social or loud Behavior
- -No Lifeguard on Duty - Children under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by a competent adult at all times.
- -Respect these pool rules for your safety and the safety of others.
- -Do not have any parties or larger get togethers
- -BBQ to be cleaned after use. An additional cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit if left uncleaned
- -Please do not rest plates of food or beverages on the couches or bedding. Should the Housekeepers find stains on the couches, bedding or carpeted areas that are unable to be removed, or require additional time and attention to remove, we will unfortunately be forced to deduct this expense from the security deposit.
- -Please do not smoke inside the house. You may smoke on the balcony where an ashtray is provided with doors closed
- -THE KEYS SHOULD BE LEFT IN THE LOCKBOX ONLY
