Our apartment is located on the second floor with an astonishing view over the historic Posts and Telegraphs building from the bedroom balcony. The space is bright, enriched with precious design furniture and the style of the apartment is truly elegant and delicate, as from the chammy set of armchairs and double sofa bed to the elegant flooring in the living room, which is also fitted with a TV and a built-in bookcase. The kitchen, decorated in soft colors, comes with all the tools guests may need in addition to a new dining table. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
