During your stay at Villa Buganvilla 388, you’ll have access to the facilities at Cocotal Golf & Country Club. These include a 27-hole golf course, clubhouse with restaurant and bar, pool area with swimming pool and kids pool, and more. This is the perfect place to experience an unforgettable Caribbean getaway. LOCATION: Villa Buganvilla 388 is located at Cocotal Golf & Country Club in Bavaro-Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic. The villa is located on the golf course with views of hole 2 (Benjamina). Cocotal is a large, gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security. This is one of the premier locations in Bavaro, Punta Cana, and a favorite destination for families and golfers seeking a tropical retreat. The resort offers several amenities, including a 27-hole inland golf course, golf practice facilities, a restaurant & sports bar located at the golf clubhouse, a soccer field, large resort-style swimming pool, kids’ pool, sunloungers and Bali beds, lounge area, kids’ playground, and a mini market. For those looking to explore beyond the resort, Bavaro Beach is conveniently located only a short 5-minute drive from the entrance of Cocotal. There are also plenty of great local restaurants, bars, and shopping opportunities located just outside the resort. Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located about 17 kilometers or about 10.5 miles from the resort’s entrance, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about a 3-hour drive away. VIP inclusion: Access to Jellyfish Beach Club & Restaurant on Bávaro Beach (advance reservations required). Complimentary transportation is included with a minimum consumption of US$ 25 per person at the restaurant/bar, which must be paid upon booking via a secure payment link to confirm your reservation. Food and beverages from outside are not permitted at the beach club. THE SPACE: Buganvilla 388 is a cozy 3-bedroom, 3 1/2 bath, single-story villa that offers a seamless blend of indoor-outdoor living. As you step through the characteristic blue double doors, a spacious foyer welcomes you with its tranquil vibes and decor. A hallway leads you to the semi-open kitchen, living- and dining room. The villa’s contemporary interior is accentuated by high ceilings and modern furniture that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas, creating an inviting and comfortable space for relaxation and socializing. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare your meals during your stay. For the ultimate vacation experience, you can opt to hire a chef (at an additional fee) to take care of the cooking during your vacation (groceries not included). The large kitchen has a bar countertop, which is open towards the living and dining area. The comfortable sofa area in the living room is the perfect place to relax and watch TV. The indoor dining room with chandeliers provides a great dining space adjacent to the kitchen. From the living- and dining area, you can step directly onto the furnished terrace, where you’ll find a second dining table, an outdoor BBQ, and a sofa area. From the terrace, you can walk into the pool or slide into the Jacuzzi. Bedroom 2 (downstairs) with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, closet, and ensuite bathroom with shower. Bedroom 3 (downstairs) with 2 Twin beds, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, closet, and ensuite bathroom with shower. VILLA STAFF: Housekeeper: The Spanish-speaking housekeeper will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside on the property in a separate living area. Villa Manager: You’ll also have an English- and Spanish-speaking villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.
