On 115 m² the exclusive penthouse suite offers highest living comfort for 6 to 8 persons. The luxurious penthouse has three bedrooms, three bathrooms with rain shower (two of them en suite, hairdryer available) and a separate toilet. You sleep in comfortable double beds, all bedrooms are equipped with a flat screen TV. In the spacious living-dining area there is room for 2 people on the sofa bed, there is also a flat screen TV here. The gas-fired visual stove in the living area provides that extra feel-good atmosphere.
The elegant kitchen in the Premium Penthouse is fully equipped, with cutlery and (cooking) utensils, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer and dishwasher. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
