This newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, top-floor condo sleeps 5 across a king bed and a queen over twin bunk bed. This cozy condo is located just across the street from the Lake Dillon Marina and overlooks the Dillon Amphitheater with sweeping views of the lake and front range mountains. There are many nearby stops for the local Summit Stave bus service which runs to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain. This vacation rental also includes access to the shared Lake Cliffe Condo Complex amenities including indoor and year-round pool and hot tub, outdoor sitting area, hammocks, horseshoe court, and a shared laundry facility. The living area provides a spacious and cozy gathering space, complete with a Smart TV, a gas fireplace with stone surround, beautiful mountain and lake views, and board games. The private balcony is just off the living area with outdoor furniture.
The full-sized, updated kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, ample space, and is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats four people and there is additional seating for two at the breakfast bar.
The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a Smart TV, and great light from the large window. The in-unit laundry can be accessed from the primary bedroom. The refreshed en suite bathroom is fully updated with a shower and granite countertops. For your convenience, both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
In the guest bedroom, you will find a queen over twin bunk bed, Smart TV, and another en suite bathroom. The updated bathroom features a shower/tub combination and a water room for added privacy.
