Property Manager presents White Sails, a 3 bedroom cottage ideally located overlooking Saundersfoot' beach and harbour with views from the lounge, dining room, two of the bedrooms and from the beautiful raised patio area at the front
Occupying an elevated position above Saundersfoot, White Sails boasts wonderful views across Saundersfoot bay, harbour and beach. The enviable location just outside of the village centre offers a peaceful setting that is only a few minutes easy walk to Saundersfoots' award winning beach, picturesque harbour and delightful array of independent shops, restaurants , cafes and pubs.
The seaside town of Tenby is just a 10 minute drive away and White Sails is centrally located for enjoying the best of Pembrokeshire's diverse beaches and coastal path as well as the many family attractions nearby.
The cottage itself provides a homely retreat for couples and families with a front patio that is ideally placed for enjoying the spectacular coastal views and a peaceful and enclosed rear garden.
White Sails enters into the hallway with doors to the downstairs accommodation and stairs up to the bedrooms.
Lounge: Comfortable sofa seating. TV with Freeview. Dual aspet room - to the front French doors lead out to the raised patio area from where the beautiful views can be appreciated and at the other side French doors lead out to the peaceful enclosed terrace and garden.
Kitchen: Well-equipped with everything you will need for your self-catering holiday including fridge-freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher. Door leads to a utility room with washing machine and an outside toilet - a great place for storing sandy wet suits and buckets and spades!
Dining Room: Comfortable dining seating for up to 6 people to enjoy dinner with a view!
Bedroom 1: King-sized bed. Large windows perfectly capture the far reaching coastal views. TV with Freeview. Ample storage plus vanity unit.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds. Large windows to enjoy the picture perfect views as you wake up! Vanity unit and drawer for storage.
Bedroom 3: Twin beds and built in wardrobes. View over the rear garden.
Bathroom: Bath with shower over, toilet and basin.
Outside, the rear terrace provides a beautiful suntrap during the summer months and the front patio is a wonderful space to relax with a drink as the sun goes down over the village. To the front there is parking for up to 3 cars.
Two well-behaved dogs welcome.
White Sails further benefits from WiFi throughout and gas central heating.
Mid-week and weekend breaks are available outside of main season and at other times where there is late availability (please contact us if you cannot find the break you are looking for).
