You’ll love cooking in this kitchen which features a dual oven, a high tech microwave, stainless steel appliances, and a large farmhouse sink that overlooks the creek. The kitchen island has four comfortable bar stools and ample space for cooking or serving dishes. Take a few steps down to the sunken living room and cozy up by the fireplace with a good book. Just off the sunken living room is the main bathroom and a bedroom with a chic trundle bed, floor to ceiling mirrors, and a designated study space. Upstairs you will find three beautifully decorated bedrooms - 2 Queens and one King- as well as two bathrooms, fully stocked with Property Manager’s signature shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department prior to check-in. No exceptions. (Please be aware that we do not have staff available to meet guests in person on site for this purpose.) • Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation. • A Property Manager Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This includes e-cigarette and vape. • This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well. • No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions. • No pets allowed! • Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able. • Consumable amenities provided by Property Manager are not refilled during stay. • Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors! Please be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of this property. • Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee. Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.
