Welcome to The Riptides, a quintessential beach house offering 75 feet of ocean frontage and stunning views of where the Necanicum River meets the Pacific Ocean. Located in the highly sought-after North Prom area of Seaside, this beautiful home comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests, including your furry friend, making it the ideal Oregon Coast vacation rental.
As you enter through the dining room, you’ll find seating for 9 guests, plus a highchair for the little ones—perfect for family meals. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for preparing meals during your stay.
The living room offers a cozy retreat with a flat-screen TV, a selection of books and games, and breathtaking ocean views. During cooler evenings, enjoy the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace. This level also features two bedrooms—one with twin bunk beds and another with a queen bed and ocean views—along with a full bathroom.
Step outside to the unique wrap-around porch, partially enclosed to allow year-round enjoyment. The porch includes a picnic table, outdoor furniture, and a charcoal BBQ, perfect for coastal meals regardless of the weather.
On the lower level, you’ll find a fun recreational area with a foosball table, as well as a bunkroom that sleeps four, with a queen bed and two twins. The lower floor also includes a bathroom with a shower, a separate exterior entrance, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer, offering both privacy and convenience for your group.

Dog Friendly for up to 2 dogs, no other pets allowed. Please do not leave dogs unattended at any time in or on the property.
This home is not the main home and is instead a studio with its own private entrance on the side of the house. The studio suite is attached to a private residential home that can be occupied. This home has a private side entry with 3 designated parking spaces and no on street parking.
