While a car is required to get around, a four wheel drive car is not. • MODPOOL AND HOT TUB HEATING: - Your rental includes heating for the hot tub. - However, during the cooler months, there are extra charges for pool heating, see below. - If you want the pool heated during these months, please let us know 48 hours before you arrive. Extra Charges for Pool Heating: September and May - $100/night to heat pool October and April - $150/night to heat pool November and March - $200/night to heat pool December - $300/night to heat pool January and February: No pool heating available No jumping, diving, running or rough play near the pool and hot tub area. No glass can be around the pool and hot tub, there are plastic cups in the kitchen to be used outside. Please mind the quiet hours (no loud noises after 10pm). No intoxicated persons may use the pool or hot tub. NO LIFEGUARD WILL BE ON DUTY - YOU SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. • EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS: Are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit and additional fees. • DOGS: Your dog is welcome and there is a one time fee of $100.
