• As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed.
• A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details.
• A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure.
Villa Palm is an elegant 4 bedroomed, air conditioned Villa. This property is set in impressive, landscaped gardens to enjoy and an abundance of shaded areas to relax and dine under the vine and the jasmine covered terraces by the suberbly equipped pool house and sparkling pool.

The pool area is surrounded by comfortable sunloungers and a perfectly equipped pool house, where you can simply pass the day lounging. The cosy pool house possesses, a cooking area, fridge, icemaker ,BBQ and even a dishwasher. This is truely an outdoor holiday experience in the Bay of Saint Tropez. Pick up a locally woven shopping a basket and visit the chic markets of Grimaud or Sainte Maxime to stock up on provencale goodies and enjoy your perfect spot for apero by the sparkling pool.
The villa is on 3 levels, each bedroom accessing the gardens or balcony from all areas. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two on the lower ground floor and the master suite on the first floor, finally there is a guest suite on the ground floor, leading to the garden. Guests will love the large, superbly equipped, stylish kitchen and dining area which leads through to the dining and snug area where you will find a TV with Netflix and other channels to view.
The hallway opens to a large living room with comfortable sofas, fireplace, TV and direct access to the large terrace; a classic kitchen with gas range cooker\oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a seperate pantry with sink additional dishwasher and American fridge freezer.
There are 2 bedrooms on the lower ground floor, with direct access to the garden: both with 200cm beds, They share a bathroom with a shower, double vanity and WC.
On the 1st floor level, there is a double bedroom with 200cm bed, a large bathroom with bath, seperate shower enclosure, double vanity and WC plus a sizable closet.
On the ground floor there is a double room with ensuite, WC shower and double sink unit.
There is also a 25m² pool house with a kitchen and shower room with a seperate shower and WC adjacent .
A truely relaxing space to unwind, while family and friends are free to walk to beaches and the busteling towns nearby.
