NOTICE TO GUEST STAYING IN MAY 2026: The swimming pool will be undergoing a resurfacing project starting May 4, 2026 and will be closed for approximately 4 weeks. Location, Location! On The Beach and Across from John’s Pass. Beautiful two bedroom condo in fabulous Madeira Norte. Walk a short distance along the beach and arrive at the boardwalk of John’s Pass. That’s where all the restaurants, shops and activities happening. The beach here is incredible, and the amenities at the resort provide everything you’ve been looking for. This condo is a two bedroom, one and a half bath, with a full kitchen, private balcony, and washer/dryer. --Fully equipped kitchen for any meal prep. --Indoor dining for four. -Primary bedroom has king size bed with private bath. -Second bedroom has a queen size bed. -Spacious living room has plenty of room with comfortable seating for all queen size sleep sofa for extra sleeping capacity. Everything is provided for your use including all linens, bath and beach towels, all kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and a few beach accessories. The large private balcony faces towards the Bay, and give a nice view of the water and John’s Pass. With plenty of space to relax, you’ll be able to enjoy a nice place to relax, eat, or read. After a wonderful day on the sand, the outstanding pool provides a spacious area to cool down and enjoy the warm Florida sun.
