Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
- 1) Each guest must do an online check-in (without the mandatory registration, it is not possible to be accommodated according to Czech law).
- 2) City tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night (for stays last less than 60 days).
- 3) Check-in: starts from 16:00. Kindly share your time of arrival. Early check-in is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed and an additional fee may apply.
- 4) Check-out: by 11:00 AM. Please leave the keys on the table and the remaining trash in the apartment. Close propetly all windows and the main door. Late check-out is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed and an additional fee may apply.
- 5) The apartment has a personal check-in free of charge until 21:00 PM. If you arrive after this time, a personal check-in comes with an extra charge - see the price below.
- 6) The fee for a personal check-in after 21 PM is as follows: 21:00 - 00:00: 30 EUR / after midnight: 50 EUR. The fee is paid in cash during the check-in. If your arrival is after 21:00 PM, please inform us as soon as possible (latest 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.
- 7) Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment. The penalty is up to 250 €.
- 8) Pets are not allowed to stay in the Premises.
- 9) Kids under 12 are not allowed to stay on the Premises.
- 10) More than 4 people are not allowed to stay on the Premises.
- 11) No parties allowed. Please do not disturb other residents.
- 12) Please, follow the quiet hours. Respect the Czech law and its quiet hours. Keep the noise down between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM.
- 13) The primary communication with us is conducted via the platform you used for booking.
- 14) Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition when checking out. An extra charge applies if excessive cleaning is needed.
- 15) Follow trash disposal instructions and other provided instructions on how to use the appliances of the apartment.
- 16) Take care of your keys. If you lose the keys call the given emergency number. Everything related to the key issues will be at your expense.
- 17) An inventory of all items in the apartment and their condition is checked following the departure of each guest. If items are recorded as missing or damaged following your stay, the booking guest will be held responsible, and the replacement or repair cost will be required. If you provided a deposit and no damage or missing inventory was found, the deposit is released up to 7 days after your departure (plus bear in mind then it is up to your bank when it is proceeded with the deposit unblocked - each bank has different processes and deadlines).
