Pippins, in Elterwater is a traditional Lakeland end of terrace cottage dating back to the 18th century. Pippins is tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard, and provides cosy accommodation for up to 4 holiday makers.
On the ground floor is a spacious cottage style lounge with feature fireplace with a gas fired wood effect stove, kitchen and dining area. Up the stairs are a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.There is a family bathroom and WC / shower room (en suite).
Outside at the rear is a private patio which leads into a sizeable well-kept garden shared with other properties in the row, in which to sit and enjoy the peace of the valley after a hard day’s walking. Parking is available locally via on street parking. The cottage has 1 permit which must be displayed when parking within the controlled zone area within the village. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
