A very ideal location in the heart of the city. Adjacent to Midsummer Meadows with walks along the Cam, Christ’s Pieces and central shopping. This flat is as central as it can possibly get in Cambridge and it’s just so easy to get everywhere. A member of the Property Manager is always available to answer queries and help. Booking with us gives you access to discounts to some cafes and amenities in Cambridge! A bright two bedroom apartment, that is surprisingly quiet for such a central location, with a private balcony for summer meals, and a small communal garden. Please note: we list the property as a king and double which we keep if four guests book the property. If three or less book we tend to reduce the double bed in the smaller 2nd room to a single to leave more space for the guest. Comfortable seating with smart TV and wifi, new beds and easy use galley kitchen. There is a washing machine, and plenty of hanging space, please leave us a note about anything you think needs attention. The property is right in the City centre so we recommend walking around or if you want to feel like a true ’Cantabrigian’, hiring a bicycle. For stays over 10 days, you are expected to have interim cleans/linen change (frequency to be agreed depending on length of stay) for an extra fee. This will have to be agreed in writing via messages before your check-in date. Should you decline this offer, at your check out date, if our clean team will have to spend longer than their contracted hours to bring the property back to its original condition, you will be liable for the additional charges.
